Easy Crockpot Chicken Meal Prep
One of my favorite ways to meal prep chicken is in the crockpot (slow cooker). It’s simple, hands-off, and results in tender chicken that can be used in endless recipes throughout the week. Following is my go-to recipe for crockpot chicken.
Crockpot Chicken Recipe:
- Prep your chicken breasts as you prefer.
- Spray the crockpot with a little oil for easy cleanup.
- Place chicken breasts inside and cover with low-sodium chicken broth.
- Add mild seasonings (my go-to: Onion Onion, Garlic Garlic, and Seasoned Salt from Tastefully Simple).
- Cook on low for 4–6 hours or until fully cooked.
- Use the leftover broth to keep the chicken tender—or turn it into a soup base.
